Return & Exchange Policy
This policy applies to customers in Australia only. MistBars operates as an authorized distributor of ALIBARBAR. Orders ship primarily from our EU warehouse; if an item is unavailable, it may ship from China.
1. Shipping & Delivery Notes
- Orders over 100 AUD are eligible for free shipping.
- Orders below 100 AUD will incur a standard shipping fee calculated during checkout.
- Shipment confirmation and tracking details are provided once dispatched.
2. Eligibility Window
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after 15 days are not eligible.
3. Condition Requirements
- Items must be brand-new, unopened, unused, and undamaged.
- Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible due to safety and hygiene regulations.
- Original packaging, labels, seals, accessories, and manuals must be intact.
4. Return Authorization (RMA) Required
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. To request a return or exchange, contact us within 15 days with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo/video evidence for defect or incorrect item (if applicable)
Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.
5. Return & Exchange Shipping Fees
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs.
- If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons (change of mind, ordered wrong item, etc.), the customer must pay the return shipping fee.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost packages during return transit.
6. Return / Exchange Address
For warehouse security and routing reasons, our return address is not publicly listed. Please contact customer support to obtain the correct address after receiving RMA approval.
7. Inspection & Approval
All returned items will be inspected. Only products meeting all requirements will be approved. Returns that fail inspection will be rejected and may be returned to you at your cost.
8. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and approved.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or shipping error.
- Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
9. Exchanges
- Exchanges begin only after the returned item is received and approved.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
- Replacement items may ship from EU or China depending on inventory.
10. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging and accessories
- Promotional, discounted, or clearance items marked as final sale
- Unauthorized returns (no RMA)
11. Abuse of Policy
We reserve the right to refuse service, reject returns, or block future orders from customers who repeatedly misuse or abuse the return/exchange system.
12. Age Restriction
Electronic cigarette products are intended for adults 21+. Age verification may be required. Orders may be cancelled if age cannot be verified.
