Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders delivered within Australia only. MistBars operates as an authorized distributor of ALIBARBAR products. We ship with priority from our Australian local warehouse. If a product is temporarily out of stock, it may be dispatched from China.

1) Delivery Scope

We currently ship to residential and business addresses across Australia. Some remote regions may require additional time for delivery.

2) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing may take longer during promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.

3) Delivery Time

  • Australia (Metro): Generally 2–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Australia (Regional/Remote): Additional time may be required depending on carrier capacity.
  • Products that ship from China may require extra transit and customs clearance time.

4) Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders over 100 AUD.
  • Orders under 100 AUD will incur a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.
  • Any remote-area surcharge (if applicable) will be displayed before payment.

5) Tracking & Notifications

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your parcel has been dispatched.
  • Tracking visibility may increase once the parcel reaches the local carrier network.

6) Multi-Warehouse Fulfilment

  • We prioritize dispatch from our Australian warehouse.
  • If an item is unavailable locally, it may be sent from China for faster restocking.
  • Orders with multiple items may be delivered in separate parcels at no extra cost.

7) Customs, Duties & Taxes

If your order ships from China, it may be subject to import procedures. Any duties, taxes, or clearance fees assessed by carriers or authorities are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

8) Age Verification

  • Electronic cigarette products are for adults 21+.
  • Carriers may require ID verification on delivery depending on location.
  • If age cannot be verified, delivery may be refused.

9) Delivery Issues (Delay / Loss / Damage)

  • Once a parcel is handed to the carrier and tracking is issued, delivery time is controlled by the carrier.
  • If your parcel arrives damaged or is missing items, please notify us within 48 hours with photos/videos of packaging and product.
  • We will assist with carrier investigations for lost parcels. Resolution depends on carrier findings.

10) Failed Delivery & Wrong Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
  • If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or unavailability to receive it, re-delivery or return-to-sender fees may apply.

11) Changes & Cancellation

  • Changes or cancellations can be requested before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be modified.
